Last Updated: Thursday, 04 September 2025Sandringham Medical Centre is a GP Practice offering patients high quality, safe and effective care from an appropriately resourced and skilled multi- disciplinary team. Our practice is led by a strong team of GPs, along with experienced clinicians such as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physician associates, Mental Health Specialists, Clinical pharmacists and technicians.
We also have a nursing team which is made up of a Practice Nurse, a Healthcare Assistant and an Immunisation Nurse. They are here to deal with a whole range of appointments including annual reviews of long-term health conditions, diagnostic procedures, contraceptive care, childhood immunisations and travel vaccinations.
Sandringham is attached to a local Primary Care Network consisting of local GP surgeries working together to deliver better and more equal care across the city. Including Primary Care specialities such as social prescribing, Mental Health Support, Care Co-Ordinators, Physicians Associate, Clinical Pharmacists and technicians, Vaccination clinics for COVID, Flu housebound patients, home visits of an evening and enhanced access Saturday clinics.
