Appointment System Update 08/02/19

After listening to our patients concerns, we have changed our appointment system on 08/02/19. Patients will only have to call once and will be dealt with under our new triage system. On your initial call the receptionist will take your name and contact number. They will ask some information on what the request is for to determine the most appropriate person to action the call. You will either be booked into and appointment or booked for a GP triage. A senior GP will call you back and discuss over the phone what the problem is. They will then book you into a GP or advanced nurse appointment, if it is something that can’t be dealt with on the telephone. So you will not have to keep calling back when you need an appointment. Whatever time of day you call you will get a call back from a GP within 24 Hours (working days only).
